Errin Baugh is  an empathetic leader, who leads by example with compassion, sincerity and integrity.

Errin is currently employed with the City of Atlanta as the Deputy Chief Information Officer for the PMO in the Department of Atlanta Information Management Services Group. She is responsible for leading the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) which includes IT Governance, Program and Portfolio Management and training.  She is also an entrepreneur, the CEO of Leading Like A Girl, LLC, a  coaching and consulting firm working  with clients across the country. Her background experience also includes working for 20 years in a Fortune 500 company providing leadership in the employment screening industry.

Errin has been involved in leading, coaching, and training for 25 years with focused disciplines in the following industries: Pre-employment screening, Information Technology, Portfolio and Project Management, Coaching and Non-profit business management.

Errin’s passion for bridging the leadership gap stretches beyond the “for profit” arena and has promoted her to having an opportunity to serve in a volunteer leadership capacity as the Executive Director for the My Sister’s Keeper Foundation for Women, a leading influential organization, whose mission is focused on “Moving Women from Average to Excellence”.

She is also lifelong learner and has earned three degrees and attained several professional certifications to include: Master of Arts in Leadership,  Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership,  and an Associate of Science in Business.  Her professional certifications include: Certified Leadership and Life Coach, Certified Project Management Professional, Certified  Six Sigma Green and Black Belt, Certified Lean Sigma Agent, Certified ITILv3 foundations and Trained DiSC facilitator.  Errin is also a licensed Minister.

Errin believes in leadership development and empowerment; she  is a true practitioner of transformational thinking and inspires others to be the best that they can be.   She is a mentor and coach to many and her passion for coaching has been a trademark in her life as she works with women and girls to discover and live out their life purpose.

Errin and her husband, Michael are Georgia residents. They are the proud parents of 2 adult children; Chasity and Marcel.
