Jennifer Krocza is the Director of Contracts for the Land & Avionics C4ISR Division of Northrop Grumman Corporation. In this role, Ms. Krocza is responsible for the contracting operations and compliance across the division. Her organization is responsible for establishing all contracts and agreements and handling all contractual matters during the proposal, negotiation, execution and closeout stages of the contract. As a functional leader, she is also responsible for professional and leadership development for all contracting professionals the division.
Throughout her 14 years with Northrop Grumman, she has held a number of lead roles in contracts, export management, and pricing and estimating. In her last role, Ms. Krocza served as the Director of Pricing and Estimating for the Electronic Systems sector. She also led the Business Management Professional Development Program from 2008 – 2015. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, she worked at the corporate headquarters of Scientific Research Corporation where she was responsible for designing and implementing the company’s Export Managemenet System. She held positions in contracts, export management, and security while also completing a stretch assignment in Procurement.
Ms. Krocza earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Loyola University of Chicago, graduating summa cum laude with departmental honors, winning the Thomas M. Kennedy Memorial Award. She has completed Northrop Grumman’s People Leadership Development Program, the Women in Leadership program, and the Men Advocating Real Change (MARC) program. Ms. Krocza serves on the board of directors of Northrop Grumman Cobham Intercoms, LLC.
Outside of the office, Ms. Krocza is actively involved in the National Contract Management Agency, serving as a board member of the Chicagoland Chapter. She is also an executive sponsor for the SPROUT ERG in Rolling Meadows.
