Project Description

Morgan Berman is the Founder and CEO of MilkCrate, a mission-driven B-Corp certified company that builds award-winning customized technology to nudge positive behavior change and grow impact for large organizations. As a designer and business leader, she guides her team to power impact by leveraging technology and behavioral economics.

Her company’s work has earned praise from the UN Foundation as one of the Top Female Entrepreneurs to Watch, and got MilkCrate selected by Forbes for the 30 Under 30 Pitch Summit. She has visited the White House to discuss clean energy policy, gave a TEDx talk on chasing dreams (actually, unicorns!), auditioned for Shark Tank, and won the Rad Girl Product of the Year Award.  Morgan has been featured extensively on local and national news outlets like the WHYY, the Philadelphia Business Journal, Boston Metro, Philadelphia Inquirer, NBC10, Forbes, Philadelphia Magazine’s Be Well Blog, and others.

She is very passionate about women breaking into male dominated spaces and regularly serves on panels and gives talks on her experience as a woman entrepreneur and lessons learned from competing in both business and martial arts. As well as being a fearsome businesswoman, she is a novice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu student and recently won her second gold medal.
